About the Job
Our company is seeking a reliable and hard-working general laborer to join our team. We are a well-established scrap metal recycling company with a history of over 75 years of operation. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in our daily operations.
Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities include:
- Load, unload, and sort materials into designated areas within the warehouse.
- Operate machinery, such as forklifts and skid loaders (Training is provided).
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform other manual labor tasks as needed.
- Customer assistance as needed.
Requirements include:
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Strong work ethic and willingness to get your hands dirty.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small but mighty team.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
- Communication with customers and team members to ensure effective coordination of daily operations.
- Valid Drivers License (Required).
